Please be advised that due to a construction zone at the west entrance to Molson Stadium, all vehicles going to the Carleton-McGill women's hockey game on Saturday (2 pm) will be unable to access McConnell Arena from University Street. Cars must either park beside the student residences atop University Street or enter the Arena parking from the east gate on Ave. du Parc.
On Thursday January 28, 2010 from 12h15-13h30 all staff fitness classes will be moved to lower campus to join the Principal's Walk. The walk will celebrate the introduction of McGill's Health and Well being program for faculty and staff.
The Sports Complex will be closed December 25, 26, 27, 31 and January 1, 2010. Holiday hours will be in effect December 24,28, 29, 30 and January 2 & 3 (please follow the link for details). Regular hours will resume January 4, 2010.
Eleven McGill athletes will be honoured at the 24th annual Quebec Foundation For University Sports gala, held at the Hotel Mortagne de Boucherville on Tuesday.
Demolition is now taking place in the south stands area of Molson Stadium. During this time we ask users of the Sports Complex to respect all signs and markers, especially as they pertain to areas that have been deemed off limits.
Due to work on the Molson Stadium project, the entire west wing of the McGill Sports Centre (everything west of the Front Security Desk from the parking lot up to the 4th floor)has been closed from 23:30 Friday night until noon on Sunday. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
