Financial Services: Approvals/Signatures in Lieu of Wet Signatures

Hello,

This is a reminder that there are two options in lieu of wet signatures when approving/signing Financial Services’ documents & forms:

  1. Option 1 – Email Approvals & Acknowledgements

    • Email approvals & acknowledgements can be used by Fund Financial Managers/Approvers/Claimants/Requestors.

Delegating Purchase Requisition Approvals - Change in Process

Dear Colleagues,

Following the undernoted memo, the Tri-Agency Response Implementation Group (TRIG) continues to address Tri-Agency recommendations.  With respect to Purchase Requisitions, Tri-Agency recommended the removal of automatic approval of Purchase Requisitions less than $1,000.
