A current problem with the Imaging system prevents access to imaged documents in Minerva, Banner and Application Xtender tools. We are working at resolving the problem and apologize for any inconvenience.
The BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) had to be rebooted at around 8:30 a.m. this morning due to a network problem. Message flow will return to normal in around one hour.
NCS will be performing maintenance on the Exchange servers this Saturday morning (May 17) starting at 5:30am. This work is expected to be finished no later than 7:30am. Users will experience two periods of downtime during the maintenance window, lasting a total of between 30-60 minutes.

Due to scheduled maintenance, which did not go as planned, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server was unavailable since 5:00 am this morning. The problems were resolved at around 10:30 am and the BlackBerry Server is now up and running. Email messages are beginning to be delivered to users and they should all be delivered before noon today. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this situation.
The Bookstore will be operating on its summer schedule from Monday, June 2, to Friday, August 22, 2008. Bookstore hours will be 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 5 pm on Saturdays.
