The next competition for GRIISIQ grants and fellowships is coming up in April. All potential applicants should submit a mandatory letter of intent before March 1, 2010.
Due to renovations taking place in the Chemistry department, CHEM 212 Organic Chemistry will not be offered this summer; in its place, students must register for CHEM 211 Organic Chemistry Lectures. Essentially, CHEM 211 is CHEM 212 without the labs.
In 1969, nursing research in Canada was so young that it didn’t have its own scholarly journal. Moyra F. Allen, director of the graduate program at McGill’s School of Nursing, took issue with this omission—so she filled the gap with the first in what would become an erratically published, yet trailblazing, series of slim volumes called Nursing Papers.
McGill Health Services will be at Wilson Hall to provide vaccination against the seasonal flu to all Nursing students entering clinical areas: When: January 22 and January 29, 2010 – from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. and from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. Where: Wilson Hall, Room 110
The next professional examination session for elibigle nursing students will take place on March 13 (practical) and March 14 (written). Deadline for registration: January 27, 2010
A vaccination campaign is being organized for MUHC healthcare workers, including students currently assigned a clinical placement at the MUHC. The campaign runs from November 2 to 11 at different locations throughout the MUHC network.

Updated - Compulsory Influenza Pandemic Training Program for all Nursing students assigned to clinical sites
