MyCallPilot unified messaging service unavailability

McGill telephone problem update

Please note that the technical difficulties with the McGill telephone service, reported on September 18, continue to persist, affecting about 80 telephone connections. Voice mail users are reminded that they can still access their mailboxes from other working telephones by dialing local 8227. The problems are expected to be resolved by the middle of next week. McGill NCS apologizes for the inconvenience caused.

Update - campus telephone problem

The phone problem that occurred last Friday due to a water-damaged cable is still not resolved. Some buildings affected include: McLennan Library, Redpath Library, Redpath Museum, Leacock Building, Peterson Hall, Student Services Building, 3434 McTavish, Faculty Club, McGill Bookstore and Bronfman Building. Elevator phones have been automatically dialing the security office. Sporadic users in other buildings may also be affected.

Telephone problem unresolved

Library system unavailability tonight

Tonight, July 25, Library services running on ALEPH won't be available from 9:15 to 10:00 pm. This is emergency maintenance to fix a problem.
