During the month of April, all faculty and their authorized borrowers are requested to bring all regular-loan items to the library for an inventory return. All regular-loan items borrowed by faculty during the winter semester are due April 30, 2006, and must be returned before this date.
We have just acquired the complete Oxford Scholarship Online (OSO) e-book collection, consisting of 1,100 e-books from the following four modules: Economics & Finance, Philosophy, Political Science, Religion & Theology.
There are intermittent access problems with ISI Web of Knowledge. This matter is being investigated by the publishers, Thomson Gale. There is no ETA on when the problem will be resolved.
ProQuest will be performing its annual reload of the CINAHL database on March 28. A one (1) hour maintenance window will occur on March 28 to update the database. The window will be on Tuesday, March 28, from 06:30 am EST to 07:30 am EST.

CSA has announced the inaugural CSA Sociological Abstracts Discovery Prize, intended to promote teaching and learning in sociology. The prize is open to both faculty and students, with a top award of $3,000 and honourable mention awards of $500. The submission deadline is April 15, 2006.
