We have just been advised by the Faculty of Management administration that the City of Montreal requires that the Bronfman Building be closed Saturday, November 4, from 8 am to 12 noon approximately. There is a water leak growing in severity that must be investigated. Assuming the building can be reopened, the Howard Ross Library hours will be 1 pm - 6 pm.
The Redpath section of the Humanities and Social Sciences Library will be open for study 24 hours a day, 7 days a week starting at 1:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 7, and ending at 8:00 a.m., Friday, December 22. On Saturday, October 21, an event has been scheduled for visiting McGill alumni during Homecoming weekend. The computer and study area (former Reference area) on Level 1 (main floor) of the McLennan Library Building will not be accessible from 1 pm to 4 pm. Additional computers and group and individual study areas are available elsewhere in the McLennan and Redpath buildings, as well as in other branch libraries on campus.
