Beginning the night of Monday, November 23 until Sunday, December 20 the Redpath main floor, as well as the Cyberthèque of the Humanities and Social Sciences Library will remain open overnight. A valid McGill ID card is required for access to the Library after 00:45.

Marianne Hardy-Dussault and Valérie Simard winners of the AQDC writing contest

On April 24, 2009, the Québec Society of Comparative Law (AQDC) held its annual symposium at McGill’s Faculty of Law. The Quebec Research Centre of Private & Comparative Law receives important FQRSC grant

On April 15, 2009, the Fonds de recherche sur la société et la culture (FQRSC) announced its funding decisions for 2009. Among them, a research team attached to the Faculty of Law’s Quebec Research Centre of Private & Comparative Law (QRCPCL) secured a grant of over $400,000 over the next four years for their research project, 'Vers une nouvelle juridicité québécoise'.
