Important dates for students events

Lecture period for Social Work students in B.S.W. U2 & U3, and Q Year

Last day for students to request fee exemptions and to submit legal documents for proof of Canadian citizenship and proof of Quebec residency to Service Point for the Fall 2013 term. Students in Medicine or Continuing Studies should submit their documents directly to their Faculty Student Affairs office or the School of Continuing Studies. Documents received after this date will be updated for the following term only.

Last day of lectures in courses in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Arts (including School of Social Work), Continuing Studies, Education (except for 1st year students in Kind. & Elem. & Sec.

New students can obtain their ID cards once they have registered. The locations and operating hours of ID card centres on both campuses can be found on the Student Information website (www.mcgill.ca/students). Students must be registered for at least one Fall term course, and need to bring their McGill ID number, valid photo ID, and the documents used to prove citizenship status.

Lecture period for programs in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Arts (including School of Social Work), all credit courses and non-credit language courses at Continuing Studies, Education, Engineering (including Architecture), Graduate Studies, Law, Management, Music, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Religious Studies and Science (including B.A.&Sc.).

Regular period online course evaluations for Winter term: Evaluations available for completion on Mercury through Minerva.

Fall term lecture period for 4th year students in Dentistry.

Lecture period for 2nd year Dentistry and Medicine students.

Last day of B.S.W. and Q Year Field Practice.

Fall Field Practice period for Social Work students in B.S.W. & Q Year

Fall term lecture period for 3rd year students in Dentistry.

Fall term examination for 2nd year students in Dentistry and Medicine.

Application deadline for NUR1 530 Clinical Internship proposals for Bachelor of Science (Nursing) students and eligible Bachelor of Nursing Integrated students.

Last day of lectures for Fall term, Farm Management and Technology program.
