Healthcare professionals' adoption and use of a clinical information system (CIS) in primary care: Insights from the Da Vinci study
Given the increasing prevalence of multimorbidity in primary care (PC), interdisciplinary PC teams supported by appropriate clinical information systems (CIS) are needed in order to deal with the complexity of multimorbid patients' care. Our team has developed such a system, called the Da Vinci system.

Tribal Nova and McGill develop interactive and participative reading method in conjunction with HarperCollins Publishers
Tribal Nova and the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders at McGill University have combined their expertise in a research and development project that focuses on interactive and participative reading on the iPad, in conjunction with HarperCollins Publishers.
Researchers have discovered they can induce supersoldiers in Pheidole ant species that never had them before. These supersoldier anomalies represent dormant ancestral potential that can be invoked by changes in the environment. These findings are groundbreaking for evolutionary theory, because they show there is dormant genetic potential that can be locked in place for a very long time.
This research examines benevolent leadership and makes three key contributions to organizational research. The first contribution is a theoretical one; the development of a theory-grounded conceptual model of benevolent leadership based on four streams of creating common good in organizations: morality, spirituality, vitality, and community.

Entangled strands: A process perspective on the evolution of careers in the context of personal, family, work, and community life
The goal of this study is to develop a theoretical framework to illuminate the process of careers unfolding over time in an overall life context. We draw on data from a qualitative field study of the career paths of 81 professionals who pursued working on a reduced-load basis as a strategy for sustaining commitment to both their careers and family lives.
We study two prevailing types of take-back schemes for electrical and electronic equipment waste recycling: monopolistic and competitive. We address key market and operating factors that make one scheme preferable to the other from the viewpoints of recyclers, manufacturers, and consumers.
