Some email users of Entourage, MacMail and iPhone may experience problems connecting to their accounts. For all platforms see the workarounds available in the article "Cannot access email on Entourage, MacMail and iPhone(http://knowledgebase.mcgill.ca/it/easylink/article.html?id=14740).
As a consequence of the Exchange server maintenance that was performed early this morning, some Email accounts using POP or IMAP are currently unavailable. IT Services is working to resolve the issue and we apologize for this inconvenience. Please check back here for further updates.
McGill IT Services is undertaking a major initiative to upgrade Banner — the University’s administrative system for student records, financial information and human resources data.
As a consequence of the scheduled maintenance on the McGill telephone system, phone service was interrupted for about 15 minutes this morning. Service is now restored, but may be unstable in some areas. Additionally, most telephones are displaying incorrect date and time and will need to be reset. More details to follow.
Some BlackBerry users are currently not receiving email on their BlackBerry devices. We are investigating the problem and apologize for any inconvenience.
