In a collaboration between the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal, CIRMMT, The Goethe Institute and the Hellerau Festival in Germany, four new premieres for the Quasar Saxophone Quartet will be workshopped at the Conservatoire's Salle Multi. The October public reading will conclude a week-long workshop where the works will be assembled and rehearsed. The new works will be presented in their final form in live@CIRMMT's last event of the season in April 2018.
