New funding program launching for undergraduate students

Healthy Brains, Healthy Lives (HBHL) is pleased to announce the launch of the 2024 HBHL Undergraduate Summer Research Internship. Created in collaboration between HBHL and the HBHL Trainee Committee, this opportunity aims to include students at all levels in brain health research, providing McGill undergraduate students with a hands-on research experience.

In collaboration with Prof. Kelome and our Committee on Equity, Outreach, and Student Well-Being, the Department of Mathematics & Statistics will be hosting a virtual Career Event on Friday, February 18 from 5-7 PM EDT. We have invited several McGill Alumni to speak about their experiences working in industry. The panel includes participants from various fields, including finance, business management, and software/web development.

To ensure that inter-faculty transfer students receive all of the information they need to start their first semester in the BA degree, OASIS will be hosting Advising Information Sessions for Inter-Faculty Transfer Students.
 
This is a great opportunity to meet with Arts OASIS advisors, learn about the BA degree requirements, and ask any questions you may have!
 
Session #1 will take place on Wednesday, September 6 from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. in Arts 160.
