Wayne Pender, MLIS graduate, awarded SLA Jo Ann Clifton Student Award

Wayne Pender, School of Information Studies graduate (MLIS '12) was awarded the Special Libraries Association (SLA) IT Division's Jo Ann Clifton Student Award to deliver his paper "Metadata for Video: Too Much Content, Not Enough Information" at the July 2012 SLA conference in Chicago. This distinction included a travel & expenses scholarship and publication in b/ITe, the IT Division Bulletin.
