UNIONS SET TO TAKE STAKE IN AIR CANADA

Desautels Faculty of Management business professor Karl Moore cautioned that it will be a multiyear process for Mr. Rovinescu, who replaced Montie Brewer as CEO on April 1, to improve Air Canada's labour climate. "He's going in the right direction and it's a good sign. Contrary to Calin's reputation for being hard-nosed, he's trying to work with the unions and keep the airline going through tough times," he said.
