Two World Premieres for Composer Denys Bouliane

On Tuesday, March 22 and Thursday, March 24 the Montreal Symphony, conducted by Kent Nagano and featuring cello soloist and fellow professor Matt Haimovittz, will premiere Bouliane's work Vols et vertiges du Gamache. The second premiere features his work Kahseta's tekeni-ahsen. Written to celebrate the Orchestre Métropolitain's 30th birthday, it can be heard at Place des Arts on April 13 - 17.
