There's no excuse to be sedentary anymore! Spring is here, and it's time to get into the action. The 2005 McGill Staff Fitness Program is here to help awaken your body and mind.

Never tried the lunchtime Staff Fitness Program? A variety of fun classes held right on campus, a convenient schedule and the right price. You have nothing to lose but the lethargy you accumulated over the winter.

Registration takes place the week of April 18, 2005, and classes begin the week of May 2. Visit www.mcgill.ca/vpadmin/fitness or www.athletics.mcgill.ca (under the Campus Recreation/Staff Fitness banner) for the spring schedule and related details.
