SNC-Lavalin

Today's SNC - Lavalin shareholder meeting promises to be a lively one. The company has been in the news recently over corruption allegations in Libya. Its stocks have plummeted since internal audits revealed millions of dollars in questionable payments. Still, SNC-Lavalin remains one of the world's largest engineering and construction firms.

Karl Moore says that makes it an important Canadian company to watch. He's a professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.
