We are pleased to announce that, as mentioned in the HR Notes of October 23, salary policy confirmation notices for management staff and staff excluded from the MUNACA bargaining unit will be posted on Minerva. Salary confirmation notices for academic staff will also be posted on Minerva. Paper copies of the confirmation notices will not be issued. The notices will be available on the web on December 12.
To be able to log on to Minerva and access the salary confirmation notices on the web, you will need your McGill ID and PIN number. If you do not have a PIN number, please refer to the Minerva website or contact ICS Customer Support at 3398. The salary confirmation notices will be posted under the Employee Menu.
Please ensure that all employees are informed of their merit award prior to December 9. Information will be available on December 9 on the pay stubs in Minerva.
