Practicum Pause: An interview with School of Information Studies Master's student Paul Grewal

McGill School of Information Studies recent graduate Paul Grewal (MLIS '14) was interviewed by the McGill Library's "Library Matters" blog about his successful Practicum placement with the Library while a student in the Master's program.

During his Practicum, Paul was responsible for conducting interviews and analyzing LibQUAL+ survey results after changes to the Library’s reference service model were implemented.

This article is the second of five interviews featuring Master of Library and Information Studies (MLIS) Winter 2014 Practicum students discussing their work at the McGill Library and examining how their experiences may help to inform Library units as they move forward with related projects.
