McGill's 2004-2005 operating budget

At the Board of Governors meeting held on May 25, 2004, the Vice-Principal (Administration and Finance) presented the proposed 2004-2005 budget together with an outline of the framework for the multi-year resource allocation model in support of McGill's Strategic Academic Plan.
