MONTREAL – Freshman Anneth Him-Lazarenko of the McGill Martlets has earned a berth on the CIS women’s basketball all-rookie team.

The 5-foot-10 forward from Ste. Dorothée, Que., was the Quebec league rookie-of-the-year and earned a berth the all-conference team but suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in her right knee on Jan. 31 and missed the remainder of the season.
