Library's fall orientation campaign kicks off August 23
McGill Library literally has everything you need to get the
school year started. Find it all – at anytime and from anywhere.
What better time to explore what the Library has to offer than
during orientation? From August 23rd to October 31st, McGill
Library will be offering three orientation sessions: Tour,
Getting Started Workshop, and Finding the Right Stuff
Workshop. These initiatives will help new and returning
students get a head start on discovering the Library’s vast
resources. McGill students who attend all three orientation
activities will collect a FREE USB bracelet and be entered in a
draw to win an iPad.
For students who are looking to learn more about electronic
resources, the following workshops and clinics will also be offered
in the Library during orientation: EndNote
Essentials, McGill Library from the palm of your
hand, Computing Safety, and Connectivity @ McGill
walk-in.
