LibQUAL+ 2008 survey launched

Published: 4 March 2008

The LibQUAL+ survey is a web-administered survey developed by the ARL (Association of Research Libraries). It is used around the world to assess the performance of academic libraries. A large sample group has been randomly selected to participate in the LibQUAL+ 2008 survey. We are relying on random sampling to obtain an accurate reflection of the views of our users. Better understanding our users' expectations will help us tailor services to their needs.

Further details, including responses from previous years, are available on the Library's Statistics and surveys page. Information about use of LibQUAL+ in Canadian academic libraries is available on LibQUAL+ Canada.
