Jean Beliveau was taken to the Emergency Room at the Montreal General Hospital of the MUHC

Jean Beliveau was taken to the Emergency Room at the Montreal General Hospital of the MUHC at 12:00pm today after suffering a drop in blood pressure. He was treated by MUHC physicians and is in stable condition. Doctors anticipate his discharge in the very near future. Mr. Beliveau has released the following statement: "I have received excellent care at the MUHC and have undergone a number of tests. I would like to thank the staff for their wonderful care, and everyone for their concern. We will release further information about my condition as soon as it becomes available."
