Football Redmen to kickoff 131st season on Friday

MONTREAL - McGill will open their 131st season of football Friday, when they host the Ottawa Gee-Gees in a preseason affair at Percival Molson stadium. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. Ottawa is coming off a 7-1 first-place finish in the OUA, while the Redmen are looking to bounce back from an 0-9 season in the Quebec conference. Tickets are available at the door and cost $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors. Children 12-and-under get in for free.
