Congratulations!  The Scholarships Committee of the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and the School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition is pleased to inform you that you have been awarded the John Deere Scholarship.

The John Deere Scholarship is awarded annually to a student entering the final year of the B.Eng.(Bioresource) program.  The scholarship is based on high academic standing and an interest in agricultural machinery design and development.

To be eligible to receive this award, you must be registered as a full-time student at Macdonald for the academic year 2009-2010 (or 9 credits if this is your final semester).  Scholarships are granted for distinguished academic standing in a minimum of 27 graded credits earned during the regular academic year.

Official recognition of your achievement will take place at the 2009 Scholastic Awards reception on Tuesday, October 20th at 4:00 p.m. in the Ceilidh.
