He serves as CFO of I-Minerals Inc., a publicly listed company on the TSX-V and serves as CFO of several other junior public companies including Terra Nova Energy Ltd., listed on the TSX-V and the OTCQX, Search Minerals Inc., listed on the TSX-V; and Dynamic Oil & Gas Exploration Inc., listed on the NEX.
