Boil water advisory lifted
The water distributed on Macdonald Campus is now safe to drink.
The boil water advisory was lifted on Friday, August 14 at 5 p.m.
after two consecutive days of testing revealed no presence of
contaminants in the water.
On Wednesday, Aug. 12, an elevated count of coliform bacteria was detected in the Macdonald Campus water network following one of four weekly routine tests of campus drinking water. A boil water advisory was issued for the lower campus area (south of Highway 20). The water distributed on the rest of the campus was not affected.
