Anthony Tan - Giga-Hertz Preis 2011

Anthony Tan, a Ph.D. student in the composition program (supervisors John Rea and Sean Ferguson), is one of six recepients of the Encouragement Prize during the 2011 Giga-Hertz Award for electronic music. This award comes from the ZKM in Karlsruhe, Germany. Anthony Tan will be heading to Karlsruhe in November 2011 in order to receive his prize, and to begin the planning for his new composition.
