Michelle Louise Atkin, a School of Information Studies alumna (MLIS’03, PhD’11), has just published her first book: "Balancing Liberty and Security: An Ethical Study of U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance" (Scarecrow Press), which is based on her PhD dissertation.
