Aim for the airwaves

Want to work in radio? Aim for the airwaves by applying for the second CBC Radio Peter Gzowski Internships. The program offers training and broadcast opportunities to final-year students in four participating universities across the country, including McGill. Internships will be offered from May 3, 2004 to August 27, 2004. Gzowski interns will each receive a week of training in the basics of Radio Production at the Canadian Broadcasting Centre in Toronto. Each will spend the rest of the internship in a different location. Application and eligibility information can be obtained on the Gzowski Internships website. The CBC Radio Hiring Committee, made up of managers across the country, will make the final choices from the shortlists. The interns' names will be announced by March 1, 2004.
