Tax Policy Colloquium: Reuven Avi-Yonah

La Chaire Stikeman en droit fiscal organise son 4e colloque annuel sur la politique fiscale, lequel est intégré au cours PUB2 515 Tax Policy. Le colloque accueille des universitaires renommés et offre un forum aux étudiants, professeurs et praticiens pour discuter des questions de politique et de théorie fiscales, ainsi que de questions liées à l'économie et la justice sociale. Les membres du public sont les bienvenus (veuillez prendre note que le colloque a lieu dans le contexte d'une salle de classe).

Cette semaine, nous accueillons Reuven Avi-Yonah (University of Michigan Law School)

(En anglais seulement). Professor Avi-Yonah is the Irwin I. Cohn Professor of Law and director of the International Tax LL.M. Program at the University of Michigan Law School, and specializes in corporate and international taxation. He has served as a consultant to the US Treasury Department and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on tax competition, and is a member of the steering group for the OECD’s International Network for Tax Research.
