Me Kerry Scullion (director/general counsel of the Criminal Conviction Review Group and the Department of Justice), Me Robert Israel (defence attorney, Shadley Battista LLP) and Chair of the conference Hon. Patrick Healy (Provincial Court of Quebec) will discuss the procedure for reviewing wrongful convictions, issues that arise in court, and obstacles in the way of a successful application.
