World Harmony Run

The World Harmony Run will be celebrating the arrival of the international team, in Montreal on Friday, September 12th at 5:30 p.m. On the Downtown McGill Campus -lower west field.

This team with members representing: Australia, Iceland, The Czech Republic, Switzerland, El Salvador, Slovakia, Moldavia and Canada is running from coast to coast across Canada.

Members of cultural groups on or off campus who would like to be a part of the ceremony by sharing thoughts and feelings on World Harmony in your native language, dressed traditionally, or carrying flags from around the world, will be most welcome.

Any runners who would like to join the team coming into Montreal carrying the flaming Harmony Torch anywhere along the route from the West Island to Downtown -please call (514) 489-5692 for details of route and times.

All are welcome especially children to encourage the runners on arrival and to share a moment of silence for world harmony when the torch is passed from person to person.
