Three of Canada’s leading scholars will share their views on the Supreme Court’s evolving constitutional law jurisprudence.

Speakers: Prof. Robert Leckey, with Prof. Jean Leclair (U. de Montréal) and Prof. Carissima Mathen (U. of Ottawa, Common Law Section)

Une pensée d’avance – Think Ahead

Each year, the Faculty of Law offers a series of five three-hour continuing legal education lectures on themes rooted at the very heart of contemporary legal issues. The lectures, accredited by the Barreau and the Chambre des notaires du Québec, are offered in the evenings, 6 – 9 p.m., by professors and prominent graduates of the Faculty. Most of the lectures are bilingual, with parts in French and others in English.

Come broaden your legal knowledge, network with colleagues and meet your continuing legal education obligations by registering for one or several of the lectures in the "Une pensée d’avance – Think Ahead" series.

Registration is open: https://www.mcgill.ca/law/registration-step-1
