Health & Wellbeing has a challenge for you!
Starting on Monday, September 30, we challenge you to get 30 minutes of moderately-paced exercise a day, 5 days a week. Register to receive your “Take Thirty Challenge” calendar so you can track your progress. At the end of the challenge, submit your “Take Thirty Calendar” to Health & Wellbeing. For every week you complete, we will enter your name into the Grand Prize Draw (maximum 3 entries) to be selected at the Health Fair on October 25.
