What better way to welcome spring than by partaking in the age-old tradition of a visit to a "cabane à sucre." Enjoy a hearty traditional buffet, followed by a horse-drawn sleigh ride, maple taffy on snow, drinking, dancing and merriment. RSVP before April 1 to Tan Crombie.
