Jeffrey M. Peck, professor, Georgetown University, senior fellow, American Institute for Contemporary German Studies, and academic director of the new Leo Baeck Summer University in Berlin. He is the author of "Being Jewish in the New Germany" (Rutgers, 2006) and coauthor of "Sojourners: The Return of German Jews and the Question of Identity." He will also speak at the Jewish Public Library (1 Cummings Square, 5151 Côte Ste. Catherine), Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m., on "Being Jewish in Germany Today."
