Mount Royal Cemetery Historical Visit #1: General Tour

Wednesday, August 12, 2015 10:00
Event coordinator: Charlotte French, charlotte_french [at] hotmail.com

This activity, guided by a trained volunteer, is the first of a series. The focus is on famous people who are buried in the 66-hectare Mount Royal Cemetery, founded in 1852. While most participants will be happy to walk, it will be possible to drive from place to place. Donations can be made to the Friends of the Mount Royal Cemetery.
Meet event coordinator Charlotte French at 9:45 a.m. at the gate at 1297 chemin de la Forêt in Outremont. Dress appropriately for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, bring water and possibly a picnic. Plan to invite friends since a minimum number of participants is required.
