McGill’s Office of the Vice-Principal (Research and International Relations), Office of Sponsored Research, and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) will host the first annual McGill-NSERC Industrial Matchmaking Session on May 30. Register now >>

Researchers don’t want to miss this exclusive opportunity to meet with industry representatives, with the goal of proposing collaborative research projects and forming mutually beneficial partnerships.

Representatives from government agencies will also be present to discuss the sponsored grants they offer and how industries and researchers can use these funds to initiate collaborations.

This year’s matchmaking session will focus on the following research themes:

• Advanced materials and nanotechnology

• Material engineering

• Medical devices

• Mining and metallurgy

8:30 a.m. Welcoming remarks by Dr. Rose Goldstein, Vice-Principal (Research and International Relations), McGill University, and presentation by a company on how an innovative research project benefited from various granting programs

9:00 a.m. Roundtable with granting agencies and partners
