You are invited to participate in the 2013 Montreal Food Justice Convergence organized by Justice Alimentaire pour Montréal (JAM).

The goal of JAM is to build connections between communities and universities, activists, farmers and entrepreneurs  toward a more equitable and resilient food system for Montreal. Join us as we strengthen our collective efforts!

 

What: A day oriented towards networking, exchanging and action for the Montreal food justice community.
Why: to meet, celebrate, converge and build.
When: Saturday, October 5th, 2013, 9am – 5pm. Food will be provided (People’s Potato)
Where: UQAM, Coeur des Sciences, Agora. Metro Place-des-Arts.
Who: All Montreal residents working on food justice and creating a healthy food systems in some way, or interested in becoming involved! Non-profit organizations, small and medium sized businesses, researchers and professors, students, farmers, citizens, organizations, and you!

Please join us. By coming together as a community of Montrealers passionate about creating a sustainable food system, we believe that we can make real change.
