John Brierley Memorial Lecture: International Arbitration is not Arbitration

Professor Jan Paulsson will be presenting "International Arbitration is not Arbitration" for this John E.C. Brierley Memorial Lecture.

Jan Paulsson is the author of a number of leading books, including International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration (2000), The Freshfields Guide to ICSID Arbitration (2004), and Denial of Justice in International Law (2005).

He has also been President of the London Court of International Arbitration, President of the World Bank Administrative Tribunal, member of the International Olympic Committee's Tribunal arbitral du sport, and member of the WIPO Arbitration Consultative Commission.
