Wednesday, March 12, 2008 12:30to14:30
Chancellor Day Hall 3644 rue Peel, Montreal, QC, H3A 1W9, CA
This year, our speakers will be representing academic, practical and personal experiences with wrongful convictions, both in Canada and the U.S. Featured speakers: Professor Alan Young (Osgoode Hall Law School Innocence Project), Olga Akselrod (staff attorney at the New York Innocence Project) and Joyce Milgaard (mother of wrongfully convicted David Milgaard). Refreshments to follow in the Atrium. Some young students invited though our High School Outreach Project will be attending, so why not take a moment to chat with them about the law and a legal education, or answer their questions?
