IGSRS plenary speaker: Prof. Sylvain Martel

Prof. Sylvain Martel will describe his cutting-edge research designing nanorobots for the delivery of cancer treatments. Professor Martel holds the Canada Research Chair in Micro/Nanosystem Development, Fabrication and Validation. He is an Associate Professor at the École Polytechnique de Montréal in the Department of Computer Engineering and the Institute of Biomedical Engineering, and Director of the NanoRobotics Laboratory that he founded in 2002.

This talk is presented as part of the Sixth Interdisciplinary Graduate Student Research Symposium which will be held on March 26-27, 2009.
