Feeling stressed out? Feeling like there's not enough time in the day? Come to the Balance Workshop! We will have a sleep expert, baked goods, yoga, organizational tips and more!
When: Tuesday, November 8th, 5:45pm - 7:30pm Where: Brown building, 3600 McTavish, Room 3001
The workshop is recommended for First Year students, but all are welcome!

So come on out, eat some cupcakes, do some yoga and learn how to better balance your life!
