We have all faced challenging interactions with other people in our personal and professional lives. This interactive seminar offers key tips and support for managing these moments in the most positive way.

  • How to spot a difficult interaction before it happens.
  • What makes some conversations more challenging than others.
  • How to communicate unexpected or unwanted news.
  • How to gain confidence in your ability to handle stressful situations at work.

Specific topics that will be covered include:

  • What makes some people “difficult” or challenging and how interacting with them can affect us.
  • Specific tips for how to keep calm, how to be empathetic, when and how to end a conversation.
