struggles.
Explore proactive, positive, and powerful strategies for
preventing and
resolving conflicts with students who are disruptive,
disrespectful, and
disengaged. You will leave this session with a useful framework
for
preventing and responding to power struggles in your classroom
and
school.

- de-escalating and productively resolving the conflict
(Please note: this seminar will not teach physical restraint
techniques)
JON UDIS
is a respected educator well known for his expertise in
working with schools to find solutions to common but often
complex
problems related to how people get along with each other. Jon
has
presented seminars throughout North America. His seminars are
practical, interactive and fun. Jon is a former classroom
teacher,
principal and educational director of a residential treatment
center for
adolescents. Jon models mutual respect, active learning and humor
in
all of his teaching.
