Dentistry continuing education: Restorative implants

Morning (9 am-12 pm): Dr. Robert Vogel: clinically based presentation designed for private practice that will provide a systematic approach to diagnosis and treatment of the fully and partially edentulous patient with removable prosthesis; Dr. Jocelyne Feine: results of several clinical trials that her group in Montreal has carried out to compare implant and conventional prostheses. Afternoon (1-4:30 pm): Dr. Donald Somerville on the number and location of implants for full arch fixed prosthesis. Course material will cover: Social impact and demographics of edentulism; Benefits of implant overdentures; Treatment planning the edentulous patient; Clinical techniques, tips and simplification; Advanced topics and patient presentation. Credits granted by the Ordre des dentistes du Québec: 6 CEU. NOTE: course will be held in English. $350
