The NSERC-CREATE Training Program in Integrated Sensors Systems (ISS) is pleased to announce the 3rd annual hands-on workshop in Surface Chemistry.
Taught by Dr. Philip Roche at McGill University, the two-day workshop will focus on a practical approach to surface modification related to sensors.
Students should expect to gain:
- a familiarity of language associated with the study and methodologies of surface chemistry
- understanding of why surface chemistry/modification is an area worth great consideration in sensors research
- basic familiarity with implementing surface modification protocols
- tools for further study on individual research questions

Thursday-Friday May 2-3, 2013, 10am to 6pm

While priority will be given to ISS students who must take the workshop this year according to their plans, other spaces will be given first come first served.
